HOW DOES TOTAL SALLY WORK?

I'm a graphic designer and printmaker who creates original designs. My prints are printed on a variety of fun things — tees, jackets, pillows, blankets, and more! To get the best quality and pricing, I work with trusted print partners across the U.S. Some specialty pieces (like knitwear and boots) are manufactured in China and may take a bit longer to arrive — usually around two weeks.

If anything ever shows up damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, don’t stress — I’ll take care of it.
Just message me, and I’ll handle the replacement or refund for you. I’ll just need photos of the issue.💛

Size Issues: All of my items are printed or made on demand for my clientele. This makes returns for size issues impossible for items like the boots, jackets, and sweaters. Please refer to the size chart or contact me directly with any questions so that we do not have any problems. For size issues I can accept back the item for a full refund- you will pay to send the item back to me. Once I have it I will issue a full refund, or I can order you a new size and you will need to pay the production cost of the item, usually about half of what you paid originally.

 

Why do some designs appear on multiple tees?
 

Each design is available on different shirt styles and fabrics. Some options are more budget-friendly, and others have that premium “favorite tee” feel — so you can pick the print and the fit that works best for you!
