Total Sally only uses the best quality blanks available so you never end up with a lame shirt. My $25 Classic tees are printed on Gildan Softstyle 64000, Comfort Colors 1545 for my premium line, Tultex for my baseball tees, Next Level 3600 tees for my Hipster blanks, and Next Level 3604 for my Ringer tees. Good quality is a great start—it keeps my shirts soft and my prints sharp.
